Commercial Kitchen Ventilation · TX

THE WHOLE AIRSIDE OF YOUR KITCHEN. ONE CONTRACTOR.

Hood, makeup air and exhaust designed together — because a hood that pulls without balanced intake is a door that won’t close and a dining room full of smoke. We build the system, pull the permits, and stand there for the inspection.

Scope of work

What the kitchen package covers

Every piece of the airside, coordinated as one scope — not four subs pointing at each other.

VENT HOODS

Type I & Type II hood installation

Grease-rated canopy hoods with baffle filter banks, sized to the cookline you actually run — not the one on the old drawings.

MAKEUP AIR

Balanced, tempered intake

A hood that exhausts 8,000 CFM needs 8,000 CFM back. We size and set makeup air units so your doors close and your pilots stay lit.

EXHAUST FANS

Upblast fans & duct runs

Roof-mounted upblast fans, welded grease duct, cleanouts where the code wants them and access panels where your cleaner needs them.

FIRE SUPPRESSION

Ansul-ready coordination

Suppression work is coordinated with licensed fire-suppression contractors so the hood, the tank and the pull station land as one inspection-ready system.

GAS & ELECTRICAL

Rough-in to code

Equipment gas runs, shutoffs and electrical whips — roughed in to code so your equipment sets once, not twice.

PERMITS

City permits & inspections

We pull the mechanical permit, meet the inspector, and don’t leave until it’s signed. Houston, Waco and DFW jurisdictions.

Field drawing

The system, on one drawing.

Hood, duct, fan and makeup air only work as a set. This is the set.

Questions we get

Straight answers

Do you handle the Ansul / fire-suppression system?
We coordinate fire-suppression with licensed suppression contractors as part of the hood package, so the whole system arrives at inspection as one scope. You get one schedule and one point of contact.
Can you tell me what ventilation will cost before I sign a lease?
Yes — that’s the code walk. We look at the space, the cookline you’re planning, and the duct path to the roof, and give you the real number. Plenty of leases look cheap until the duct run doesn’t exist.
Do you work outside Houston?
Yes. Houston is HQ, with offices in Lorena (Waco area) and Weatherford (DFW area). Same crews and the same spec across all three.
How long does a hood install take?
A straightforward single-hood install typically runs days, not weeks, once the hood is on site — the schedule risk is usually permits and equipment lead times, which we manage from day one.
